Jim Preuninger
Chief Executive Officer
Jim Preuninger is the Chief Executive officer of Management Dynamics and serves on the Board of Directors. With over 25 years of software industry experience, Jim has been a part of the evolution of the supply chain management market from a domestic focus to one that now encompasses global operations and spans logistics, compliance and trade finance.
Jim founded Management Dynamics in 1989 and through his visionary leadership has helped define the Global Trade Management (GTM)
market. |

As CEO of Management Dynamics, Jim oversees the
strategic development of Management Dynamics and is responsible for opening new
markets and expanding the company’s portfolio of solutions through strategic
partnerships and acquisitions.
Jim began his career at IBM where he held several
positions in sales and marketing. Jim holds a Bachelor's degree from Drexel
University.

John Preuninger
President and COO
John Preuninger is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Management Dynamics and serves on the Board of Directors. As President, John oversees all operations and internal processes for the company including finance, sales, marketing, research and development, professional services and customer support.
John joined Management Dynamics in 1990, and since then has spearheaded the
development of the company’s marketing-leading portfolio |

today power some of the world’s largest and most complex supply chains.
Prior to Management Dynamics, John was a strategy
consultant at Monitor Company advising large, multi-national corporations on
business strategy and execution. John holds a Master's degree in Business
Administration from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor's degree from Drexel
University where he graduated Cum Laude.

Glenn Gorman
Chief Technology Officer
Glenn has
held the position of Chief Technology Officer for the past
12 years, responsible for setting technology policy and
managing the operations, development and engineering
departments. With over 23 years of IT experience, Glenn has
developed a diverse skill set with hands-on expertise in
hardware, network and software engineering.
Prior to
joining Management Dynamics, Glenn was a Systems Engineer,
Operational Specialist for IBM, where he was liaison between
field support |

graduated from the DeVry College of Technology.

Stephanie Miles
SVP, Commercial Services
Stephanie Miles, Senior Vice President of Commercial
Services, leads Management Dynamics’ professional
services and support teams for the delivery,
implementation, and the ongoing support services for the
company’s Global Trade Management Solutions.
Prior to joining Management Dynamics, Stephanie ran the
Supply Chain Visibility company, BridgePoint , for 7
years as a first tier subsidiary of CSX and held the positions of Senior Vice
President, General Manager, and was a

Board Member. Stephanie led the transformation of the
company during that period to expand its Global Presence and
Customer base and to migrate from a client server offering to an
internet native hosted solution. Management Dynamics acquired BridgePoint from CSX in
2005. Stephanie entered the supply chain management
industry in 1992 where she held numerous positions
including product and project management, and Manager of
Government Programs. Stephanie started her career as a
systems engineer at GE Aerospace and holds a degree in
mathematics from Penn State University. She is a member
of the National Defense Transportation Association and
the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals

Albert Cooke
Vice President Sales
Al
Cooke has over 20 years experience building and managing
successful sales teams in the supply chain software
market. As Vice President Sales, he is responsible for
global sales of GTM solutions to importers, exporters
and logistics service providers.
Al rejoined Management Dynamics in March 2003 having
previously worked for the company in the early 1990's.
Prior to rejoining the company, he was vice president of
products and solutions for Industri-Matematik

IMI, Albert held senior sales and operational roles at Adexa, Optum

Bill Jackowski
Vice President Professional Services
Bill Jackowski,
Vice President of Professional Services, manages a team of
experienced consultants specializing in the implementation of Global
Trade Management (GTM) solutions. Bill brings over 17 years of
experience in managing professional services organizations and
enterprise-wide software implementations.
Prior to joining Management Dynamics, Bill served as Vice President
of Global Professional Services for JPMorgan Chase Vastera. During

years with the company, he oversaw many strategic
software accounts and helped grow its professional services
organization across North America, Europe, and South America.
Previously, Bill held several management and consulting positions
with large consulting organizations such as American Management
Systems (AMS)
and PeopleSoft. Bill holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
from James Madison University, and a Master’s degree from George
Mason University.

Nathan Pieri
SVP, Marketing & Product Management
Nathan
Pieri is the Senior Vice President of Marketing &
Product Management and has over 20 years of marketing,
product development and management experience at
enterprise software and technology companies. Nathan has
been with Management Dynamics since 2002 and is
responsible for managing the product portfolio and
leading the worldwide marketing of the company’s GTM
solutions.

consulting with Coopers & Lybrand and various line and
project management positions at General Electric. Nathan

Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Thomas E. Conway
Chief Financial Officer
Thomas Conway is
the Chief Financial Officer for Management Dynamics. Prior to
joining Management Dynamics, he held key financial positions at
Cognizant Technology Solutions, an Information Technology company.
His roles there included Assistant Corporate Controller and
Director-North American Accounting Operations.
Thomas also worked for seven years at JDSU Uniphase, a fiber optic
component and systems provider and nine years at KPMG LLP, were he
held various roles such as Controller, Director of Finance and

J. Anthony
Hardenburgh manages a global team of international trade
professionals who monitor and maintain Management Dynamics’ vast
amount of trade compliance content. Anthony brings over 12 years of
international trade experience to Management Dynamics.
Prior to joining Management Dynamics, Anthony served as Vice
President of Global Trade Content for JPMorgan Chase Vastera. During
his six years with the company he managed a global team of trade

responsible for supporting both its software and
managed services operations.
Prior to JPMorgan Chase Vastera Anthony served as a Director for
From2, a global trade management company located in
Miami, FL. Prior to From2, Anthony served as an
International Trade Specialist for the US Department of
Commerce. As an International Trade Specialist he was
responsible for counseling US small to medium size
exporters on exporting their goods and services.
Anthony has a bachelor’s degree in International
Business from Virginia Tech University and a MBA from
Marymount University.

Ty Bordner
Vice President Solutions Consulting
Ty
Bordner, Vice President, Solutions Consulting, is responsible for
the communication and application of the Management Dynamics
software suite to solve specific customer requirements within the
GTM market. Ty has over 18 years of experience in developing,
implementing and selling enterprise software solutions.
Prior to joining Management Dynamics, Ty spent 10 years with
JPMorgan Chase Vastera in various leadership roles. During his

from startup, through IPO, to achieving annual revenues in excess of
$80M. Prior to joining Vastera, Ty worked for GXS (formerly GE

Amish Sheth
Vice President Engineering
Amish
Sheth has over 15 years of experience in enterprise
software development including over 11 years in the
development of GTM solutions. As Vice President of
Engineering, Amish is responsible for building and
delivering Management Dynamics suite of enterprise
software solutions. Before taking on his current role,
Amish served as Chief Software Architect and Managing
Director of India. |

Prior to joining Management Dynamics, Amish served
various roles over his 10 years with JPMorgan Chase
Vastera. During this time, he managed the development
and delivery of various GTM solutions and was
instrumental in defining the architectural platform that
allowed the company to build, support, and customize its
product development and managed services solutions on a
single platform.
Amish holds a bachelors degree in Computer Science from
the University of Maryland at College Park, a Master’s
degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech
University, and earned an MBA from Georgetown University
where he graduated with honors.
